Xmaster Fitness Return & Exchange Policy
 
At Xmaster Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined here.
 
 
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
•Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
•Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
•Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
•Certain items, such as final sale or clearance products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
 
 
2. Shipping Costs
•Free Shipping (on original purchase): We provide free shipping on all orders to our customers.
•Return/Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
•Reshipment Costs (for exchanges): Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
 
 
3. Restocking Fee
•All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
•Shipping charges paid on the original order (if any upgrades were selected) are non-refundable.
 
 
4. Refunds
•Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned product is inspected and approved.
•Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after the return is received.
 
 
5. Exchanges
•Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability).
•Customers are responsible for return shipping and re-shipping costs.
 
 
6. Damaged or Defective Items
•If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@xmasterfitness.com with photos of the issue.
•Approved defective/damaged claims will not incur a restocking fee or additional shipping charges.
 
 
7. Non-Returnable Items
•Clearance or final sale items.
•Gift cards.
•Used, worn, or altered products.
